Best of the Season Program Terms
Last updated: October 23, 2026. These terms apply to the STELLIVON "Best of the Season" customer photo program. The current round closes at 11:59 PM US Eastern Time (ET) on December 31, 2026.
1. Who can take part
The program is open to customers who have bought a STELLIVON ring and are at least 18 years old. Photos must show a STELLIVON ring. You must have taken the photo yourself, or have permission from the photographer, and have permission from anyone who can be identified in it.
2. How to submit
Email your photo to hello@stellivon.com with your first name and order number. Photos for the current round must reach us by 11:59 PM US Eastern Time (ET) on December 31, 2026. You are welcome to share your photo on social media with the hashtag #STELLIVON, but a hashtag post alone is not an entry: please also email it to us so we can ask for your consent. Submitting a photo means we may contact you. It does not mean we will publish your photo.
3. Consent comes first
We will never feature a photo without your separate, written consent, given by email reply. In your consent you choose how you are named (first name or initial only). You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@stellivon.com. We will then remove the photo from our website and stop any new use within a reasonable time. Content already printed or published by third parties may not be retrievable.
4. Usage rights
You keep the copyright in your photo. When you give consent, you grant STELLIVON a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, crop, resize and lightly retouch the photo (for example colour and dust clean-up, without changing the ring or any person), on our website, social media channels and email newsletters, for as long as your consent stands. We will not sell your photo or license it to anyone else, and we will not use it in paid advertising without asking you again.
5. Selection
For each round, the STELLIVON team chooses one favourite photo, at our discretion, considering image quality and how well it shows the ring. The selection is not a competition of chance and no purchase beyond the original ring is required. We may choose not to select a photo in a round. The current round closes at 11:59 PM US Eastern Time (ET) on December 31, 2026.
6. Reward
The selected customer receives both of the following:
- 30% off your next custom STELLIVON ring. The discount applies to the price of one new custom ring ordered through our normal process.
- A free resize or resize-style change on the featured ring, covering fees up to US$100. Any cost above US$100 is quoted to you before work begins.
The reward cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. We will confirm the details and how to redeem it by email.
7. Content we will not use
We will not feature photos that include children, identifiable people who have not consented, other brands' logos, or anything unlawful or offensive.
8. Privacy
We use your name, email and order number only to run this program, as described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes do not affect consent you have already given without asking you again.
