Shipping & Returns

Shipping

• Every ring ships fully insured. The shipping method and any cost for your address are shown at checkout. [To be confirmed] Carrier and service level.
• Signature is required on delivery for your security.
• Ready-to-ship items: the dispatch estimate is confirmed in your order email. [To be confirmed] Number of business days to dispatch.
• Made-to-order and custom rings: making takes about 20 calendar days after you approve the CAD (approval 2), followed by quality checks and transit. Design conversations, transport and customs are not included in that estimate; your proposal states the estimated ship date.
• International delivery: whether we can ship to your country, and any duties, are confirmed before you pay. [To be confirmed] List of countries we ship to.

Returns: custom pieces are final sale

• Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes rings designed in our builder, engraved pieces and one-of-a-kind rings.
• To protect you, every custom ring needs two approvals before it is made: you approve the line-drawing sketch (approval 1), then the factory CAD rendering (approval 2). Production starts only after approval 2.
• You can change or cancel your design free of charge until you approve the CAD. If you decide not to proceed when you review the CAD, your 75% deposit is refundable.
• Ready-to-ship and existing styles are also final sale: we do not accept returns on any piece.
• Nothing here limits your rights if an item arrives defective, damaged or not as described. Contact us as soon as possible after delivery, with photos, and we will repair, remake or refund. [To be confirmed] Time window for reporting a defect.

Custom orders

• Custom designs require a 75% deposit at checkout to begin the CAD. The balance is due after you approve the CAD.
• We do not offer payment plans or installments.

Resizing and remakes

• A ring can be sent back to our workshop for a size change where the design allows. One size change is free (you cover shipping). A change of up to 2 Hong Kong sizes is possible but requires a new band, charged separately; your centre diamond is reused.

Warranty

• Manufacturing defects are covered: contact us and we will inspect the ring and repair or remake it. Normal wear, loss and accidental damage are not covered. [To be confirmed] Warranty length.
