Are lab-grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes. They are chemically, physically and optically diamond. Only their origin differs.
Will a lab-grown diamond test as a diamond?
Yes, standard diamond testers identify them as diamond. Specialist lab equipment is needed to determine origin, which is why every report states it.
Do your diamonds come with certificates?
Every center stone includes an independent IGI grading report. See our Certification page for details.
Is a lab-grown diamond a good investment?
We encourage buying for beauty and meaning, not resale. Lab-grown diamond prices have been falling, so we do not position them as a store of value.
Can I customize a ring?
Yes. Start from a recommended ring and adjust metal, stone and size, or email us for a fully custom design.
How long will my ring take?
Your estimated ship date appears before checkout. Made-to-order pieces take longer than ready-to-ship items.
What if I don't know the ring size?
Use our Ring Size Guide, which shows US and Hong Kong (HK) sizes. Please confirm your size before approving your design, because size changes are limited to 2 Hong Kong sizes.
Can I return a custom ring?
No. All pieces, including ready-to-ship styles and made-to-order rings, are final sale. Instead, you approve your design twice before we make it, and you can change or cancel freely until you approve the factory CAD. If a ring arrives defective or not as described, we will make it right.
What are the two approvals?
Approval 1: after designing in the builder, you confirm the line-drawing sketch before checkout. Approval 2: our workshop sends a CAD rendering with top, perspective, front and side views and specifications; production starts only after you approve it.
Can my ring be resized?
Yes, where the design allows; the ring goes back to our workshop. One size change is free (you cover shipping). A change of up to 2 Hong Kong sizes is possible but requires a new band, charged separately; your centre diamond is reused.

Do you offer payment plans?
No. We do not offer payment plans or installments. A 75% deposit is due at checkout to begin your CAD, and the balance is due after you approve the CAD.
