How quickly will you reply?
We answer every message personally by email. Including your ring size, shape and metal helps us reply with specifics.
What should I include in my message?
Your preferred diamond shape and carat range, metal, ring size if you know it, and any reference for the setting. A diamond's IGI report number helps if you have chosen a stone.
How does a custom ring order work?
We start with a free line sketch. When you approve it, a 75% deposit reserves the diamond and starts the CAD. You approve the CAD, then pay the balance. See how a custom ring is made.
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, until production starts. Because each ring is made to order, finished rings cannot be returned. Full details are in the Custom Order Terms.
What if the ring size is wrong?
One size change is free (you cover shipping). A change of up to 2 Hong Kong sizes is possible but requires a new band, charged separately; your centre diamond is reused. See the ring size guide.
Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds are graded by IGI and each listing shows its report number. Read more about IGI certification.
