A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Beautifully personal.
Clearly explained.

Is this only for engagement rings?

No. A ring can mark a commitment, a personal milestone or simply your own taste. The design starts with you, not an occasion category.

Are the website images actual diamonds?

The current shape studies and ring illustrations are AI-generated design concepts. They are not photographs of available stones, grading evidence or manufacturing-ready CAD. Actual imagery and any grading report must be matched to the individual stone in your proposal.

How do the stone and setting fit together?

Stone shape alone is not enough. Length, width, depth, girdle and setting structure need a fit review. We confirm the pairing and prepare the appropriate design preview before asking for production approval.

Can I choose a stone with a grading report?

You can request an independently graded lab-grown diamond. The issuing laboratory, report number and verification status must be confirmed for the exact stone. A report is not a guarantee of value or a promise about the finished ring.

What about pricing, delivery and aftercare?

These are confirmed in writing for each proposal, including the stone, setting, shipping, applicable taxes or duties, production timing, resizing and repair terms. Only the terms in your individual proposal apply before you decide to proceed.

How will shipping and delivery be defined?

The written proposal will identify the destination, shipping method, tracking, insurance responsibility, delivery conditions and any known taxes or duties before payment. No website illustration creates a delivery promise.

What are the return and cancellation terms?

Eligibility can depend on the individual stone, customization and production stage. The applicable cancellation, return and refund terms will be stated in your written proposal before payment, so you can review them before deciding to proceed.

What happens if the ring needs resizing or service?

Sizing feasibility, inspection, repair scope, shipping responsibility and charges vary by design and cause. The proposal will state the service terms that apply; submitting an inquiry does not create a warranty.

What exactly do I approve?

Before production, you should receive the applicable stone identity and report status, metal, ring size, design details, complete price and expected timing in writing. Production begins only after the specified approvals and payment step are complete.
