Using this website

Stellivon offers a place to explore jewelry design concepts and request a proposal. Website content is informational unless a specific written proposal states otherwise. Browsing, saving a concept, or sending an inquiry does not form a purchase, reserve a stone, or authorize production.

Proposals and approvals

A proposal is prepared around the information available at the time, including the actual stone when one is selected, design direction, size, metal, timing, and applicable terms. Production is not authorized until the required order details and approvals are confirmed. If a design or stone changes, a revised proposal may be required before work continues.

Content and submissions

Stellivon brand identifiers and original content protected by applicable intellectual-property rules are subject to those rules. This does not claim that every concept image has exclusive copyright, and it does not restrict uses permitted by law. When you submit a reference image, text, or other material, please ensure you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe another person's rights. Do not use the site to submit harmful, unlawful, misleading, or infringing material.

Shipping, duties, cancellations, returns, and service are addressed in the policies linked from this site and in the terms provided for a specific proposal. Policies may be updated for future website use, but an update does not retroactively change terms already agreed for an order.
