LAB-GROWN DIAMONDS. PERSONALLY CONSIDERED.

Shipping policy

Current stage: proposals before transactions

Stellivon currently presents design concepts and accepts inquiries. Browsing or requesting a proposal does not create a purchase, reserve a stone, or authorize production. Before a transaction, you will receive the applicable order-specific proposal, including the anticipated shipping arrangement and the terms that apply to that order.

Making and estimated shipment

After the actual stone, design, size, necessary order information, and payment authorization are confirmed, making is planned at approximately 20 calendar days. This period does not include design discussion, transport, customs clearance, or delivery. The formal proposal will state an estimated ship date. If shipment cannot occur by the applicable promised date, we will notify you and provide the applicable choice to agree to a delay or cancel for a refund.

Shipping route and delivery

Orders are planned to travel from China to the United States by air through an appropriate carrier once the order arrangement is confirmed. The order-specific proposal will set out the carrier, shipping charge, expected transit timing, and applicable insurance or carrier-responsibility boundaries before an order is accepted.

Duties, taxes, and fees

Buyers are responsible for applicable taxes and import-related charges identified in the proposal. Where we are legally required to collect or remit an amount, we will do so. The proposal will state the party bearing each relevant charge, who collects it, when it is paid, and whether the order uses a prepaid delivery arrangement or payment to the carrier at delivery. Charges will not be collected twice. Goods are declared accurately; we do not understate value or promise duty-free entry. Questions about a proposal can be sent through Contact.
