Stellivon is currently a concept browsing and proposal service. An inquiry, design discussion, or proposal request is not a purchase, stone reservation, or production authorization. Before any transaction, we will provide the applicable cancellation, return, and refund terms for that specific proposal.

Why orders may differ

A standard configuration, an engraved piece, an original commission, and an order changed after approval involve different work and may have different terms. The proposal identifies the actual stone, design version, size, scope of work, and the point at which production may begin. Please review those details carefully before approving an order.

Request a change or cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to change or cancel. Before work begins, we will review the request against the proposal and applicable terms. After approval or production authorization, a change may require a revised proposal, including any effect on stone availability, design, cost, or timing. We will not silently alter an agreed design or production date.

Returns and refunds

Do not send an item back without contacting us first. We will provide the correct route and the information needed to assess the request. If an item is defective, incorrect, not as described, or not shipped as required, contact us promptly.
